Started in 1982 as a catering business, Lindley Food Service quickly grew into an institutional facility that catered to the Health, Education and Senior markets where there was a huge demand for high quality prepared foods. Staffed by a high percentage of volunteers, most of whom are drivers, the company has become a beacon in the institutional food service industry by meeting all of these needs. With over 225 employees scattered throughout various states, mostly in New England, they serve approximately 10 million meals annually to all of the aforementioned markets. This company has grown exponentially over the last 18 years and has managed to survive all of the pitfalls of a very competitive and financially challenged economy.
