Each year, the company processes millions of pounds of fresh shrimp caught by local shrimp trawlers from area docks as well as many other docks along the southeast coast. The Gay Family is synonymous with the freshest shrimp caught daily. We are located on Saint Helena Island in the heart of Beaufort County, South Carolina. Having “grown up” in the shrimp industry, from owning and operating his own shrimp boat at age 16, to running retail and wholesale operations, William, assisted by his wife Claudia desire to offer customers the freshest and tastiest shrimp in the world.
