He has served generations of families through his successful restaurants that have influenced the quality of service, cooking and management of many upscale restaurants that have multiplied in the Upstate.The Four Seasons Restaurant takes its name from the original Four Seasons Steakhouse owned by Billy and partner Bill Copses for two decades on Pine Street. It was the premier steakhouse in Spartanburg. Stefano’s, Basil’s, Billy D’s West and Costello’s followed as other successful restaurant businesses.
