Really, though, the story begins all the way across the nation in sunny L.A. It was there that Sean was born in 1980. It became apparent that this was no ordinary boy when in 1984 he invented the 'Burrito' in the family garage proclaiming, "This is gonna be AWESOME!" Soon, his plans to take over the World with burritos came to a halt as no bank would give a 4 yr old a loan.The decades passed, and it was clear that he had missed the burrito 'wave' to fame... This culinary invention had become an international phenomenon..Sean moved around the states taking notes on all of the regional burrito variations from L.A. to Chicago sharpening his mind... But for what, he did not yet know. For his burrito dreams had become as the ripples of a pond: strong at first, but fading over time...Then 'Fate' stepped in one day...Sean, still not having made a name for himself, was presented with one of the most major Crossroads of his Life. A choice to either move back to L.A., or back to 'Steelers Country' (Pittsburgh). The more he weighed his options, the more he could not decide; paralyzed by analysis, as they say. So, he did what anyone would do, and moved to good ol' Jackson, TN!
