Our parent company, Famous Recipes Company Operations Inc., operates Mrs. Winner’s® Chicken & Biscuits as well as Lee’s Famous Recipes Chicken. Headquartered in Destin, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia, the company’s restaurants have been a mainstay in the Midwest and Southeast U.S. for over 40 years. With more than 250 restaurants located across 18 states, our family of restaurants has developed a strong customer base and loyal following. Our restaurant system consists of 144 Lee’s restaurants and 110 Mrs. Winner’s restaurants. All Lee’s restaurants are franchised locations while of the 110 Mrs. Winner’s restaurants, 92 are company-owned locations and 21 are franchised locations. The Famous Recipe Chicken concept, which incorporates many of the best practices from Lee’s and Mrs. Winner’s, will be used by the Company as its primary restaurant brand in the future.
