Established in 1985, Toot Restaurants is one of the oldest full-service restaurants in Rutherford County, Tenn. The restaurant introduced Buffalo wings to the Middle Tennessee area. Its menu includes a variety of appetizers, wings, sides, seafood, shrimp and desserts. It offers a children's menu that includes grilled cheese sandwiches, shrimp, chicken fingers, burgers and fries and a selection of frozen fruit drinks.
