Kalamatas now has two locations: the original in the Glendale Center in the trendy Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, and our new restaurant in the recently renovated Brentwood Place Shopping Center in beautiful Brentwood. Maher and Kitty Fawaz, along with partner and executive chef Beth Collins, have created health conscience Mediterranean restaurants. The atmosphere of the restaurants is that of Mediterranean bistros, with warm brown and amber hues creating a sense of warmth and relaxation. Guests are greeted by friendly staff, who make their meals fresh when ordered. The menu is filled with delights such as savory lamb, the best humus around, and stuffed grape leaves whose rice stuffing balances the tart pickle flavor of the leaves.
