During his 18 years with Hyatt, Chef Kimo has held numerous culinary positions including Chef de Cuisine at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort, Executive Sous Chef at the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort, Executive Sous Chef at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, Executive Chef at the Hyatt Regency Tampa, Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center and most recently Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Cleveland.A native of the Hawaiian Island of Kauai, Chef Kimo is a spirited leader and an accomplished Chef.
