At Asador, our method of menu creation is based on the use of local ingredients whenever possible and creating dishes from what is new and fresh at the markets. We also trust in our purveyors for recommendations to our menu and the use of their products. We are able to sustain this changing menu because the Dallas Farmers Market is just blocks away from our restaurant, allowing us to truly express seasonality in all of our dishes. Dallas has so many beautiful products to offer but for limited periods of time and we want to showcase them to our guests when they are at their peak of freshness.
