A few years ago, two friends, Kevin & Mark, were looking for quality Chinese food for delivery in the uptown area. They tried everything from soggy oily rice to overcooked dark meat chicken dishes. Nothing was worth ordering again. Rather than sit around and complain, they decided to create their own restaurant, hence, Hunan Express.Hunan Express has hired Chef Li from China, who has compiled a menu of true Hunan specialties. All chicken is white meat(1), the pork and beef are the finest quality available. All seafood dishes are prepared with the freshest catches available. All our soups and wontons are made fresh daily. Our fried rice is so light you will not believe it is fried.Hunan Express' dishes are prepared with a minimum of oil and of course we add NO MSG to any our dishes.
