The diner was originally built in 1954 as a classic drive in my parents, sam and kathy vergos, with the help of my grandparents, purchased and remodeled it to make the diner what it is today. The Dinner has had many names throughout the years. Some of the most notable names were 77 hamburgers & Jim's sandwich palace. Back then, they served breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Beer.
