San Salvaje (pronounced San Sal-VAH-hay), which means “wild saint”, celebrates the union of pagan indigenous culture with a host of saints revered in Latin America. Stephan Pyles transforms the former Samar into San Salvaje, a casual, high-energy restaurant inspired by the cuisines and cultures of Mexico, Central & South America, the Caribbean and Cuba.
