Back to Basics! Crickle’s and Co. is the collaboration of two very talented chefs. Chef Cristal and Chef Cassie met in culinary school and became best friends. Both have worked in very prestigious restaurants honing their talents. They have always shared the same philosophy, a quaint awesome menu, prepared from raw ingredients, baked from scratch and add a little love. Their food is a testament to the simpler times when people knew exactly where their food came from. Preservative-free ingredients find their way into menu items as fluffy omelettes, decadent salads, fresh-baked muffins, designer sandwiches and impressive desserts. They offer locally roasted coffee from Carrollton and organic tea from Austin.
