Founded in 1977, the Northeast Christian Academy is one of the oldest fundamental Baptist schools in El Paso, Texas. The academy has a fine arts program where students participate in Bible categories, numerous divisions of music, speech and oratory, drama and different facets of art. Its academic curriculum includes language arts, mathematics, social studies, science and fine arts. The Northeast Christian Academy school has a staff of instructional specialists in music, art, Spanish, and physical and gifted education. The academy offers a half-day kindergarten program for elementary-grade students. The school has a library and media center that offers various books, newspapers, magazines and encyclopedias. It supplies crayons, watercolors, notebooks, scissors, glue sticks and boxes for elementary-grade students.
