Marshall’s Bar-B-Q has two restaurant locations in the Carrollton and the Farmers Branch area. Easy to find and super convenient. The Carrollton location has a drive through to help you feed your crowd fast. We are dedicated to preserving a fantastic Bar-B-Q tradition. Our food is a piece of Texas that we would like to preserve for the upcoming generations. The family owned restaurant is still operated with the same care and ideals that Charles set forth more than 45 years ago. We started out as a simple BBQ Sandwich shop with just a few tables. News about the quality of our great food spread quickly, and we soon had to expand into a larger location.
