He worked at Marco's Pasta Factory in the Village here in Houston for six years before buying it and renaming it Milano's Pasta Factory in 1985. Milano's developed a great reputation for fresh, delicious pasta and sold its products nationwide. Fabio's is dedicated to bringing the best recipes for fresh pasta together with top notch culinary skill and experience in a delightful combination for your dining pleasure.
