Frenchy’s Chicken has a full Creole-style menu of sides to accompany the famous, spicy "Frenchy's Chicken" that Houstonians have come to know and love. Percy “Frenchy” Creuzot opened the first Frenchy’s restaurant in 1969, and today it's still a family-owned business. Frenchy’ s has 20 current locations, with others in development. The business has expanded adding Frenchy’s Sausage Company to its offerings, which currently services over 200 businesses including major grocery chain HEB and Fiesta. The food is patterned after traditional Southern-styled cooking, filled with flavor, richness and heritage.
