The Health Fountain Restaurant has been at the Trotter Family YMCA since 1980. We started as a small cafe serving soups, sandwiches and smoothies. Over the years we’ve grown into a restaurant featuring a daily offering of healthy lunch and dinner specials including fresh grilled salmon, california snapper, chicken kabobs, and our locally famous enchiladas on Wednesday featuring a choice of chicken, black bean and spinach enchiladas with spanish rice, black refried beans and jalapeno cornbread.
