Mi Sombrero opened in April 1978 at a small space on the corner of 34th and Shepherd. Over the years, we have expanded within the shopping center. First more seating area, and then more storage area. If you’ve ever been here on Saturday or Sunday morning, you’d probably agree that we need to make a second floor, too! We have focused on creating authentic Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes over 30 years.
