Since opening its doors in 1969, the Humble Inn has maintained the reputation of serving home style meals in a home town atmosphere. At that time, the Humble Inn was the only restaurant in the area serving pizza. As time went on, the Inn began serving breakfast and other items, and then burgers, chicken fried steak, and seafood were added to the menu. In April of 1998, Harvey & Mary Trigg purchased the Humble Inn, the oldest restaurant in Humble. Since their purchase, several improvements have been made to both the menu and the restaurant. Other specialties include chicken fried steak, rib eyes, soups & stews, lasagna & mouth watering homemade desserts.
