In 1972, the couple opened their first restaurant--Taco-Miedo that was located at the corner of Somerset Road and Southwest Military Drive. Two years later, the couple moved to Iowa and opened the well-known Taco-Licious. The highly popular Mexican food restaurant had a solid reputation and was known for its excellent service. During that time, the Lozano's raised four children--all of whom are successful.
