Gauntt, Koen, Binney, Woodall & Kidd, LLP, was founded in 1998 by Chad Gauntt, a lawyer who began his career in one of the largest law firms in the country: Fulbright and Jaworski, LLP. His goal was to channel his experience and energy into a small firm environment, avoiding the conflicts and overhead inherent in large firms. The firm began as Gauntt & Kruppstadt, LLP, becoming what it is today with the addition of lawyers Steven Earl and Geoff Binney.We have grown to be a large independent law firm in The Woodlands. We are a truly local practice, not merely a window office for a large Houston firm. As such, we care about our community and our clients.
