Motorcycle Empire - Visit the Ruler!Caesar's Motorcycle Empire and Museum has been open for over 35+ years, starting out as a Harley-Davidson parts store in Midvale Utah (it was the only one back then). It has truly grown into an "Empire," with gear for sale in one building his home in another and his shops in the back his acre of land is just that. Caesar Boswell a business owner, body builder, collector, and Ruler got his start by doing construction with his uncles when he was 12 as a carpenter, and a brick mason. later he remodeled a place for someone who is now his competition, began working for them and a few years later he opened his own place selling HD parts, serving, and on the side restoring old vehicles. Caesar has rode in more than 30 states, Canada, and Mexico, in Tunisia, North Africa, France, and in Italy.
