Gloria’s Little Italy is a family-run business. During our first year of business we developed a reputation for excellent food and great service. We appreciate your business and welcome you into our warm, cozy, and authentic Italian atmosphere. Gloria, our head chef, has many years of experience in cooking and baking. Her grandfather used to run many restaurants along the coast of Tuscany. Her ultimate dream was to open a trattoria. She says you must try her food because “it’s the best in Utah — not only because what you are eating is truly authentic, but it’s also made with the freshest ingredients to bring you a dish that will remind you of a home-cooked meal.”
