Our title plant includes an online search function, a direct computer link to the Salt Lake County Recorder, the Salt Lake County Treasurer and the Utah Division of Corporations. We employ veteran title examiners who have decades of experience in dealing with the unique issues involved in the search and examination of title to both residential and commercial properties.Escrow department:Landmark offers settlement services at each of our three offices. Our escrow officers are familiar with all forms customarily used by realtors and lenders in the structuring of a sale or loan and they are proficient in the preparation of settlement statements and other documents required for the completion of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
