Northside Social is located in Clarendon about two blocks from the Clarendon metro station. Part coffee shop, part cafe and part wine bar, this is a great place to grab your laptop, a couple of friends, a cup of coffee and hang out for a couple of hours. It's casual and has that "neighborhood coffee shop" feel to it.
The menu includes breakfast items as well as cookies, pastries, sandwiches and a very extensive cheese selection. Northside Social also has a wine selection, by the glass or bottle. The beefsteak tomato and mozzarella sandwich or a quiche are recommended. In addition, Northside Social has weekly events that include yoga classes and art openings. The wine bar opens after 5pm upstairs.
