Sho Chiku is a half-Korean, half-Japanese restaurant located near Grand Mart in Centreville. The kimono-clad staff serves up a variety of traditional Japanese sushi but, for those with other tastes, there is a menu of hot Korean and southeast Asian fare as well. The platters are large and made for sharing, and the main specialty, other than sushi, tend to be seafood, although there are other options as well.
