Four Seasons restaurant dishes up a huge variety of home-cooked, hard-to-find comfort foods and a few surprises. The restaurant is a labor of love for chef and owner Tony Elmali.

Specialties are the crab-filled mushrooms, lasanga, ribs, slow-cooked pulled roasted turkey, fried flounder, cheese steaks and the prime rib.

Elmali found the restaurant building for lease on the Internet while he was living in Delaware and decided to take a risk and make the move to Fredericksburg. He and his son, Sam Sedat, put more than $200,000 into the old building that has been a landmark on U.S. 1 for years.
