Galletta's Pasta & Italian Specialties makes pasta fresh every day.  Try fresh fettuccine or linguine: the only ingredients are Durham flour, water and eggs, ready in 3 minutes. Pick-up a homemade sauce with it: Vodka Cream, Marinara with meatballs available. Don't forget the selection of Italian wines already chilled, available. Galletta's has prepared Italian specialties, such as chicken parmagiana, four cheese lasagna and cheese ravioli. It also sells cheeses, olives, meats.

Come in for dinner; upstairs is a bright, cozy dining room. Meet the owners, Mark and Myong Galletta, who opened the doors March 17, 2005.
