Presidential Bank is located on the corner of International Drive and Route 7 on the ground floor of a large office building. The entrance to the parking area in front of the bank is off of International Drive. There is additional parking in the building's garage that is accessed from the roadway that leads to Tysons Corner Center.

In 1995, Presidential Bank became the first bank in the U.S. to allow bank accounts to be opened over the Internet. In 1997, the bank started offering real time PC banking services, making it one of the first banks to offer online banking.
