Hilton Tavern Inc. was established in 1930 and has also been known as Ray's Hilton Country club and Lee's Hilton Country Club. Hilton Tavern is owned by Lee Steveson, a retired engineer from Northup-Grumman, who had a dream and has turned a once unknown biker bar into a welcoming diamond in the rough. With 100 different bottled beer selections and 10 beers on tap, Hilton Tavern offers more beer selections than you can imagine.
