Presidential Bank is conveniently located in the Home Depot Shopping Center and caters to commercial businesses.   Presidential Bank was organized in 1985, and it became the first bank to offer internet banking.  Their assets are about $450 million.  Their  main office is located in Bethesda, Maryland, but they have branches throughout the metro DC area.  Their specialty is providing smaller (under $2 million) commercial real estate loans that the bigger banks do not want to touch.
