We designed New Moon for people who are passionate about food, particular about coffee and sensitive to ambiance.Our goal was to make a cup of espresso so authentic, you’d think you were in Firenze. Our espresso machine is handmade in Italy, and we follow the same methods as the Italian baristas do.At the same time, we love local. As members of the Vermont Fresh Network, we use fresh produce from local farms and cheese makers when seasons permit. Our local suppliers include:• Claybrook Farm: flowers & some produce• Champlain Creamery: organic cheeses• Red Hen Bakery: organic bread• O Bakery: bread• Sheffield Seitan: seitan• Vermont Salad & Herb Company: fresh herbs• Black River: produce• Shadow Cross: eggs and soy milk.
