Parima Restaurant in it's current splendor, was created in 1974 by Brian Fox. The wonderful woodwork, brass fixtures, cathedral ceiling and Maple floors were all hand-crafted by a host of local craftsmen.The restaurant has been under the leadership of Jip Jotikasthira since 1994, when she assumed ownership of the restaurant after completing her studies at The University of Vermont.Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality continental cuisine, vibrant local music, along with outstanding service and exceptional value.
