Since Boom Noodle opened in 2008, it has been packed with young professionals, shoppers and Bellevue families. The restaurant is a Japanese noodle house with Korean and Vietnamese influences. It has a catering space upstairs and does a brisk take-out business as well. The ultra modern and sleek interior is fun and upbeat.
