Chocolopolis sells nearly 200 varieties of "microbatch" artisan chocolates in products ranging from chocolate bars to truffles made from identifiable regional cacao beans. The products are identified by origin of the bean, and staff are on hand to answer questions about the finer points of chocolate tasting.

Its Bellevue location will remain open at least through Valentine's Day, and offers happy hour tastings and discounts on Sunday afternoons. It hosts private tasting events as well. Chocolopolis says it validates parking at the Bravern for up to six hours for its customers.
