This storied Seattle steakhouse opened its Bellevue location, in the City Center Plaza building, in November 2008. The tony restaurant was designed by Arellano/Christofides Architects PLLC and draws tech executives from all over for a decadent meal in a sumptuous setting.

Its signature dish is the chateaubriand, carved table-side, but all choices are outstanding. The wine list is extensive and waitstaff are smooth and professional. It hosts two different happy hours daily, and boasts six different private dining rooms. Nightly piano music rounds out the scene.
