He saw a need to open a fast food type restaurant in the Bellevue business district in 2009 and has been busy here ever since. He brings his many years of restaurant experience to this small, mostly take-out shop. Every day he has an India special (one meat and one vegetarian). Come early for the chicken biryani, which sells out every day.
