Welcome to our locations Hot Pot, Hot Pot & Little Hot Pot! Our family has brought a new twist to one of the most popular and historical Chinese cuisine called “hot pot”. We have two locations. The original location, “Hot Pot, Hot Pot” was started in 2004, in Monterey Park, CA and the second location, “Little Hot Pot.” was opened in 2008, in Bellevue, WA. We want to bring a warm, homemade dinning experience for everyone to experience.Hot pot originated in northern China where cooking around a heating hot pot allowed family and friends to keep warm from the cold winter and rain. Because it is a great way to enjoy food and interact with friends and family, today, hot pot has become custom in the Chinese cuisine. Traditionally, hot pot is served with a chicken stock broth for the customer to cook their food in, which in comparison to the Japanese culture. Not only did we season our broth for hours before placing it onto your table, but our broth contains many healthy ingredients for your everyday life with Chinese herbs. You also have the choice of the house special broth and spicy broth to indulge the soup. The spices rate on a scale of 1-10, of course 10 being the tear jerker for some. Can’t make up your mind? Try both spicy and house original soup base together with our combo option! We do recommend you start with the “yin yang guo” (combo pot), which is a metal divider that allows you to try both of the broths at the same time, especially if it’s your first time here with us. With 93 different items from the menu to create your own hot pot, try a few plates of thinly sliced beef, lamb, pork, chicken, or seafood. We have mounds of vegetables for those of you that are vegetarian. Notice that we have a variety of exotic mushrooms that are pleasurable to the Hot Pot experience as well. All hot pot are accommodated with dipping sauces that will make your food even more enjoyable.
