The Tokyo Japanese Restaurant rests within a strip mall on Factoria Blvd. across from the Factoria cinemas. As you can tell probably from the name, it is a restaurant that specializes in Japanese food, particularly sushi.

The setting is rather elegant and probably resembles that of Japan with the bamboo wood decor. There is a sushi bar in the front of the dining room where about 15 people can sit and eat while the sushi rolls are hand made in front of them.

The restaurant also serves tataki, shioyaki, toru and tofu steaks, sunomono and deep fried dishes. Their sushi menu consists of about 50 different varieties and come in 4, 6 or 8 pieces depending on the roll.
