Originally  Remmy's Catering, the owner/operator, Chef Edna Noronha, the business has evolved into a café with an eclectic international menu. Max's features homestyle food cooked with the utmost quality. No canned foods or preservatives are used, only fresh ingredients.

The menu is everchanging and varies depending on the day of the week. Chicken sandwiches, Chipotle bicuits and gravy, Steak, Portuguese chicken curry, rice and coleslaw are just a few of the selections available daily. A nice mix of American, Indian and Porteguese flavors make these menu items exeptional.

Max's sells its own line of hot sauces, which are all natural and gluten free, and offers customized catering for special events.
