Legend has it that Hot Wings originated in Buffalo New York when Mrs. Teressa Bellisimo the owner of the Anchor Bar was delivered an excess of chicken wings in the winter of 1964. Not wanting to waste them, she served them in a glaze of hot sauce and butter. They were an instant success and the impact on Buffalo was so great that in 1977 the city of Buffalo declared July 29th "Chicken Wing Day".Today, we at Hot Wingz are carrying on the tradition of hot, fresh buffalo style wingz. But we have added a little extra. Now you have a choice of wing sauce, from Garlic Parmesan, Asian Sweet and Spicy, Chipotle Honey to Super Hot! All our wingz are made fresh and to order.
