Each guestroom offers a nice-size bedroom with an attached office and TV room. Some bedrooms face the  bird sancturary; others a wooded hill; each has a refrigerator and coffee/tea maker. The guestrooms are air-conditioned and all are non-smoking.

The dining area is located in the center of the hotel, with theatrical spiral steps leading to the sitting/dining area. The hotel has a swimming pool, an exercise room and a business center with audio-visual equipment. It has banquet facilities and rooms for conferences or meetings.
