Lake City Perk Espresso & Cafe is a hidden gem in the coffee house world. 

Not only does it serve coffee specialties such as the 'Nutty Blonde' but also serves up sandwiches piled high with all the fixings.  Although a tape measure could not be found, the deli sandwiches appear to be at least four-inches thick. 

The Cafe is cute and quaint and offers reading selections from a well-stocked bookcase. 

Sammy Enassine, the owner, has been serving coffee drinks at Lake City Perk since 1997. 

Outdoor seating is also available.
