In 1974, four Ramos brothers founded Azteca Mexican Restaurants as a 24-seat restaurant in Burien, Wash. It currently operates restaurants in various cities throughout Washington, Oregon and Florida. The family restaurant s menu includes a variety of vegetarian and nonvegetarian Mexican dishes, such as appetizers, salads, soups, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas, tacos and entrees. It serves a range of seafood, chicken and meat dishes that includes shrimp, scallops, beef and bacon.
