Marinepolis Sushi Land has an interactive setting, with seating set up in a square, surrounding the open kitchen where chefs make fresh sushi rolls directly in front of customers. A dining experience here goes something like this: Around 50 different types of rolls, ranging in price, are placed on covered plates which rotate on a conveyor belt in front of diners, who then pick and choose which rolls they want to eat. The square seating arrangement seats about 45 people; during prime meal times, a wait can be expected.
