Food presents us with boundless variation in taste and experiences, Vietnamese food even more so due to its rich history shared with the French and neighboring countries. I am proud to bring all of these experiences to Pho Cyclo Café, to introduce and deliver exceptional Vietnamese “do an binh dan”, or comfort food, to American appetites. With the love and devotion in cooking I learned from my mother, I have devoted the same attention and tradition to how our food is prepared at Pho Cyclo Café. Our pho broth is simmered and seeped in rich beef bone for at least 12 hours and is fragrant with cinnamon, anise, ginger and spices all of which combine to deliver a rich and savory broth to awaken your senses; our rare steak is hand-sliced each morning to enhance its taste and tenderness; and every bowl of pho is accompanied by our family’s famous spicy and tangy ginger sauce and pickled onions for dipping your meat.
