We strive to deliver a great experience to all - enjoy!While our pot pie inspiration came from a trip to Austrailia back in '01, we have developed our own take on the traditional meat or vegetable pie. Our practice and experience have given rise to these tenets:- We try to use natural and local ingredients where possible. Our beef, for instance is naturally raised in the Northwest free of antibiotics, hormones or growth stimulants.- Our pies are hand made. From the stocks, gravies and fillings, to the crafting of the pie itself, our pies are made by hand daily right here in our kitchen.- We offer great food at great prices.We believe in good food & drink, good friends, and good work.
