Best Teriyaki sells a variety of Korean, Japanese and Chinese food, and is the only teriyaki spot in Shoreline. Executive Chef J.K. has been cooking at this location since he opened three years ago. The menu features teriyaki, yakisoba, wok, fried rice, sushi, fish and chips, and vegetarian options, along with a lengthy list of sides. There are daily specials throughout the week, and the kalbi (short ribs) are a favorite dish. J.K. and his family live in Shoreline and his children attend Syre.
