When asked why the owner of Mediterranean Palace owns a restaurant, you see a smile cross his face and a sparkle in his eyes. “Because the greatest joy I find is when someone comes to tell me that they loved my food.” This translates to a passion for the food, but more than just that a passion for providing feeding people. “There’s a great joy in getting to know my customers, getting to know their stories and finding those dishes that cause them to smile when the sit down to eat.”
